Browse ProjectsThe purchase agreement is the contract to purchase your home when completed.
The seller will send you a formal contract reflecting the agreed terms (eg. DocuSign). Once signed, you'll be able to access your signed contract and any other related documents in your Edgewise account.
As customary, a deposit will be due when you sign your purchase agreement; which can be paid online through Edgewise. Additional deposits due throughout construction can also be paid in Edgewise.

Groundbreaking is an exciting milestone.
Get real-time construction updates and estimated completion dates emailed to you as your unit progresses. You’ll always know how far along your unit is, making it easier to coordinate the transition into your new home.
Construction is almost complete. A builder representative will meet you at the unit to conduct a walkthrough and itemize a final TODO list.
After funds have been transferred and closing documents signed, you'll be handed the keys to your new home. Time to move in!
