The Place to Be
The Surf Club’s Four Seasons Hotel and Residences is located on 8 acres of oceanfront gardens, palm stands and trails. Designed by Pritzker-winning architect Richard Meier in cooperation with architect Kobi Karp, two 12-story transparent residential structures and an intimate Four Seasons Hotel integrate the historic building of 1930. Russell Pancoast Surf Club has been designed to preserve its iconic past. Combining luxury and iconic Four Seasons service and tailoring it to suit the understated elegance of this seaside place, The Surf Club’s Four Seasons Hotel and Residences provides every whim to inhabitants, whether they lounge on one of four pools in a cabana or dine with unimpeded ocean views.
The Surf Club’s Four Seasons Hotel and Residences provides a wealth of choices. Elegant venues for intimate entertainment at the historic Surf Club. Idyllic government spaces on the oceanfront and lush landscaped gardens to socialize. A sumptuous Four Seasons Spa and Wellness Center for rejuvenation and relaxation with tailored medicines.
Richard Meier has meticulously built each of the residences— including interior finishes, materials, and details intended to maximize sea views in cooperation with renowned designer Lee Mindel. Indoor and outdoor spaces fuse seamlessly, allowing the abundant natural beauty to be appreciated while maintaining privacy.

Four Seasons Lifestyle
Dirand has a vocation to work with historic structures, and The Surf Club’s Four Seasons Hotel provides an opportunity to reinterpret both American history—“a particular period of luxurious social clubs, sexy and glamorous life”— and Miami itself, he claims. “I enjoy Cuba’s touches, Spanish architecture, and Art Deco, the countryside, sand, and ocean color palette. Miami is such an inspiring place, and this hotel is a great opportunity to create the true feeling of Miami.” Under the aesthetic direction of Dirand, a new stomping ground for contemporary sophisticated society is being created from the legacy of the original Surf Club.
