Get ready for the highly anticipated sales launch for Limelight Residences Mammoth! Here’s what you need to know:

Mark your calendar for Wednesday, March 20th, at noon PDT. This is your opportunity to secure your residence. The link you have now will take you to the formal reservation page.

Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis, specific to each condo to ensure fairness and transparency.

Once the link is live, simply create an account and follow the prompts. Choose your desired residence, input your name, contact info, and answer a few brief questions about your purchase.

If you’re among the first to secure a reservation, expect a DocuSign request from Nikki@LRMammoth.com.

The 5% reservation deposit, along with your proof of funds or prequalification, will be due no later than March 27th.

Preparation Checklist before March 20th:

• Decide on your desired residence.
• Gather your proof of funds or prequalification from our preferred lenders.
• Be ready to submit the 5% deposit by March 27th.

After completing your reservation, head back to Edgewise to upload one of two documents:

• Proof of funds showing the full amount of purchase price, or
• Prequalification from one of our preferred lenders.

You’ll upload these documents in your “Unit Status” within your Edgewise account under Account > “Unit Status” in the top right menu.
