Instructions from the seller

Site Hold Price: $5,000 (the “Deposit”) is due upon execution of this Site Hold Agreement (refundable within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date or applicable to the Purchase Price of the Unit if a Purchase Agreement is executed within fourteen (14) days). This amount will be held in a non-interest-bearing escrow account with Heritage Title Company. Site Hold: Seller shall hold the Unit indicated herein for fourteen (14) days after the Effective Date. Upon the expiration of the fourteen (14) days, if the Purchaser has not executed a Purchase Agreement for the Unit (or another Unit), Seller shall return the Deposit to the Purchaser and the Unit shall no longer be held. All terms and conditions related to the purchase of the Unit shall be contained in the Purchase Agreement to be entered between Purchaser and Seller. This includes any brokerage commissions.
